The patient portal is your secure online tool to access your health information, request appointments and refills, or communicate with your care team. 

 

If you are a patient and have not registered for our patient portal, contact us at (601)-939-4230.

 

You will only be able to login to our new Patient Portal if you know your existing username and password.  Attempting to reset your password will not work until you have successfully logged into the new Patient Portal the first time.

 

If you do not know your existing login information, you will need to contact our office for assistance.
